It had an unnecessarily huge filesize, and about 80% of it was from the songs. The drawings were nice, but there wasn't much animation.

The animation was a little choppy, but you already said that. It was pretty cinematic, so you did what you were trying to do. The music choice isn't really my type, but whatever.
Also, is this inspired by Flair 5 at all?

The collisions are a little off. Sometimes if the stick figure is on the side of a block with another on top of it and you press "K" you go through the block and die.

To be honest, I wasn't sure if you would actually get around to finishing this.
But you did, and it's one of the most complex windows sims I've seen.

It has a lot of potential. But I suggest taking out the trees (but keep the boundaries, i guess). Either that or make it have less recoil; if you shoot about 10 times, you fly all the way to the edge and can't see anything because the tree is in the way. also the movement is too fast. I'd give a 10 if it wasn't for that...

Kabomb made a gamr similar to this. It had nearly the same images, and the controls and concept was very similar.
