Just Mac and PC? You should know that thankfully we are not limited to choosing the lesser of two evils here. Here's my answers:
Work: Linux if I have a choice, but all three work fine.
Drawing: Virtualized Windows within Linux, or I could try to learn how to draw in inkscape or gimp...
Recreation: Linux (flashy, pretty and secure from malware [FOR P0RN VIEWING OF COURSE]), but Windows for games, which I almost never play
